Guest Safety
Let’s face it, none of us are getting any younger and accidents happen – even when you’re as prepared as we are. Your safety is paramount. All our guides have first aid training and carry a Personal Locator Beacon for those times the trails are out of mobile range.
Quality over Quantity
We only run one cycle tour at a time so we can provide 24 hour tour support from head office. Should something go wrong, we are there to make things get back on track so you can focus on having a great time.
Small Group Tours
We have 12 guests maximum on any one of our tours, which allows our guides to give you personalised service and a greater ability to accommodate individual requests where possible. You will have the opportunity to form meaningful connections with your guides and the other members of your group, without feeling like you are lost in the crowd.
Accommodation
We hand pick our accommodation based on the best quality for price and the location at our destinations. We use all of our accommodations when we travel personally, and frequent them time and time again for their high star rating, professional and friendly service, and ability to go above and beyond to make your stay just that little bit ‘better’. Our accommodation isn’t the cheapest, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. You deserve it.
Vehicles and Bikes
We use quality Mercedes Benz vehicles with full air conditioning and PA systems. Our Ebikes are Merida e-Big Seven's and e-Big Nine's, with 500w Shimano batteries for plenty of grunt for your day rides. We also have a number of step-through's available - please talk to us about this when making your booking.
